Loans must be for business, property of investment purposes.

Lending rates and fees payable are determined having regard to prevailing market rates, security, borrower record and loan terms and conditions.

All loans will be secured by 1st mortgages over residential, commercial, industrial or rural properties.

Maximum loan term is 3 years.
