The Custodian's Role

As custodian, Perpetual Trustee Company Ltd undertake the following roles for Richmond Mortgage Fund:

Asset Custody

  • Legal ownership of scheme assets.
     
  • Transacting and recording all movements of scheme assets.
     
  • Holding and recording all title documentation in secure, scheme segregated facilities.
     
  • Arranging the execution of documents in accordance with instructions from the Responsible Entity.
     

Financial Custody

  • Holding and recording all investments in scheme identifiable bank accounts.
     
  • Receipt of all scheme income.
     
  • Various reporting including Asset Holding Report, Custodian Compliance Report.
