About Richmond Mortgage Fund

Richmond Mortgage Fund commenced operations in 1968 (as Richmond Trust Fund) and became registered under the "Managed Investments Act" in 2001.

The Fund is managed by Ballina Mortgage Management Ltd (BMML) who act as a Responsible Entity in accordance with the Corporations Act, Constitution and Compliance Plan.

BMML (ABN 66 092 594 477) is an unlisted public company licenced by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and is the holder of Australian Financial Services Licence No 241094.

We believe that investment expertise, personal service and efficiency are keystones to our quality standards. The Fund will always aim to ensure investors needs are met with a courteous, accurate and timely response and our track record reflects consistent investment performance.

We have adopted widely accepted policies in our lending ratios and asset selection criteria to protect the value and quality of the Fund’s first mortgage investment pool.

Through astute and conservative management the Fund now has assets of approximately $70m and an unblemished record spanning over 40 years.
